Promo mechanics

• Who can join. Anyone — existing Solaiq clients, friends, family, or first-time followers. Registration is free and does not require purchasing a system.
• Service area for this promo. For now, this promo is limited to referrals whose installation address is within Region IV-A (CALABARZON) — Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, or Quezon. Referrals outside this region are not eligible at this time, but you're welcome to register — we'll expand coverage soon.
• What counts as a "completed project." Your referral must sign a Solaiq service contract, and their installation must be completed with final payment received. Downpayments alone do not count — if a client backs out after downpayment but before installation, no reward is paid for that referral.
• New clients only. The person you refer must be new to Solaiq — someone we have not already quoted, scheduled a site visit for, or spoken with prior to your referral.
• Cashback reward (existing clients only). If you already have a completed or ongoing project with Solaiq, your first referral earns you 5% of the referred project's total contract price — capped at ₱15,000. This is a cashback reward tied to your existing client relationship with us.
• Referral reward (all referrers). If you are not yet a Solaiq client, or if you are a client on your 2nd referral and beyond — you earn a flat ₱5,000 for every referral whose project is completed. No limit on the number of referrals.
• How you get credited. Your friend must mention your full name (as registered) when they first message us or book their site visit. Credit cannot be added retroactively after their contract is signed.
• Payout timeline. Rewards are released via GCash or bank transfer within 14 days of your referral's project completion (installation finished and final payment received).
• Not eligible. Self-referrals, and referrals of someone living at the same address as you, do not qualify.
• Promo duration. This program is active until further notice. Any changes will be announced on our Facebook page. Referrals that closed before a change remain honored under the original terms.
• Disqualification. Solaiq reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or made in bad faith (e.g. fake names, multiple accounts for the same person).

What information we collect

When you register for this promo, we collect:

• Your name — used to identify you as a referrer when your friend mentions you, and for payout records.
• Your mobile number — used to contact you about your referral status and to send payouts via GCash.
• Your Facebook profile or page name — used to verify your identity and contact you for promo updates.
• Your address (only if you request a free site visit) — used solely to schedule and conduct that visit.

How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

• Track and credit referrals to the correct person
• Process and send your cashback rewards
• Schedule a site visit, if you requested one
• Contact you with updates about this promo

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your details are stored securely on Solaiq's own systems and are not shared outside the company except as needed to process GCash/bank transfer payouts.

How long we keep your information

We retain referral records for as long as the promo program is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for payout and tax record-keeping. You may request deletion of your information at any time by messaging us on Facebook — see our Data Deletion page for details.
