Data Deletion Request

At Solaiq, we respect your right to privacy. If you have interacted with our Facebook Messenger bot or provided us with personal information and would like it removed from our systems, you can request deletion at any time.
What data we hold
If you have used our Messenger bot or contacted us for a solar inquiry, we may hold:
- Your name and contact number
- Your property address
- Your monthly electricity bill and consumption data
- Appliance information you provided
- Site visit schedule requests
How to request deletion

Include your name and the mobile number or Facebook name you used when contacting us so we can locate your records.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

We will send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
⚠️ Note: Deleting your data will remove all records of your inquiry from our system. If you have an active project or signed contract with Solaiq, we may be required to retain certain records as required by law.
Facebook data
Data collected through Facebook Messenger is also subject to Meta's data policies. To remove data held by Meta directly, you can manage your Facebook activity at facebook.com/off_facebook_activity.
